Celebrating FIVE years of wearing our sticker with Pride!
As proud advocates for inclusivity, diversity and equality, we are delighted to be celebrating our fifth year partnering with Gay Star News in support of Digital Pride. Digital Pride is the only global pride and is dedicated to enabling everyone to be part of a Pride, whoever they are and wherever they live in the world. This year, we are focusing on tackling loneliness and isolation. It takes place on Gay Star News from 29 April to 5 May 2019, culminating on #DigitalPride day on May 3, 2019.
This year, alongside Gay Start News, Pink Lady® commissioned dance company Unapologetic, to create a dance exploring those themes. We hope our fans will join us in sharing this content, celebrating diversity both on and offline.
A Stonewall study says LGB people over the age of 55 are:
○ two times more likely to live alone
○ twice less likely to see biological family than their heterosexual peers
Why not reach out to a friend who you haven't heard from in a while or send them something that will make them smile. Then ask them to pass it on. Let's see how long it takes to get back to you. #DigitalPride takes place on Gay Star News April 29 to May 5, 2019.
