This delicious fresh breakfast can be eaten straight away or made and soaked overnight for an even creamier texture.
Full preparation

Put the oats in a mixing bowl, pour over the milk and apple juice and mix.

Add the yoghurt, honey and lemon juice and mix well. Lightly fold through the Pink Lady® apples and blueberries, reserving a few for decoration.

Divide the mix between 4 bowls, and top with the remaining fruit and almonds.

Tip: If you prefer, don’t add the honey and instead drizzle it over the top to serve.
