Crush the cardamom pods in a pestle and mortar. Remove the hard outer skins.

Place the apples, cardamom seeds, yogurt, milk and ice cubes into a food processor or blender and blitz until well blended.

Pour into 2 glasses and decorate with edible flowers, if using.
