Preheat the oven to 110°C/fan 90°C/gas mark ¼.

As thinly as possible, slice the Pink Lady® apples, width-ways makes the nicest crisps, or use a mandolin if you have one.

Pop onto a lined tray and put into the oven for 2-3 hours or until crisp.

Put the crisps into a bowl, toss in the cracked pink peppercorns and enjoy!
