Full preparation
-
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4.
-
Slice the apples approximately 3mm thick, leave the core, but remove the pips, and lay out on a wire rack placed over a baking tray. Sprinkle with the chilli flakes and bake for 15 minutes.
-
Turn the crisps over, sprinkling the other side with chilli flakes and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Repeat until crunchy!
-
While the crisps are baking, make the dip by putting the goat’s cheese, yogurt, herbs and garlic granules into a bowl and gently stirring until combined.
-
Crush the nuts in a pestle and mortar or bash them with a rolling pin.
-
Serve your crisps with the dip and nuts on the side or generously drizzled over them. Enjoy!
