THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this charitable donation is Coregeo® Limited, PO BOX 1079, Maidstone, Kent, ME18 6WX (the “Promoter”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this charitable donation whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

The donation will be made to FareShare (Registered Charity Number 1100051).

THE DONATION

A donation of 300,000 apples will be made to FareShare and this donation will be communicated via special stickers on Pinkids® apple packs at Aldi, Ocado, B&M, Heron Foods and Farmfoods from 29/08/22 – 09/10/22.

Qualifying Retailers:

  • Aldi
  • Ocado
  • B&M
  • Heron Foods
  • Farmfoods

Qualifying products:

  • Pinkids® 6 fruit apple pack
  • Pinkids® 8 fruit apple pack

The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the charitable donation at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.

DISQUALIFICATION

The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent claims regarding this charitable donation.

All the Promoter’s decisions relating to this charitable donation are final and binding. No correspondence about the charitable donation will be entered into.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

Promoter acknowledges that this charitable donation is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with [e.g. Facebook/Twitter/Instagram] and releases [Facebook/Twitter/Instagram] of any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any information provided by a participant under this charitable donation is provided to the Promoter and not to [Facebook/Twitter/Instagram]. In accepting these terms and conditions participants release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from liability to the fullest extent possible in law.

JURISDICTION/APPLICABLE LAW

This charitable donation will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating the participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this charitable donation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
