This festive fancy is guaranteed to wow your guests. First make a delicious pork and apple stuffing, flavoured with walnut and herbs, then bake the stuffing inside rosy and sweet Pink Lady® apples.
This mixture makes enough stuffing for 10 or more stuffed apples so you can make a batch. Alternatively, use the remaining mix for stuffing the neck of your Christmas turkey.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas mark 4.

Follow the recipe to make the Pink Lady® Pork and Apple Christmas Stuffing. This makes a big batch and you probably won’t use all of it in this recipe. Use any remaining stuffing for the neck of your turkey or pop it into a greased ovenproof dish and cook separately.

Slice the tops off the Pink Lady® apples, then remove the core and hollow out the inside of the apples to make space for the stuffing.

Stuff the Pink Lady® apples with the prepared stuffing mix.

Pop the tops back on the apples and place on a non-stick tray. Roast for 20 minutes.

Once cooked, garnish each stuffed apple with a sprig of rosemary.
